  • Requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original tags and packaging must be included
  • Final sale or clearance items may not be eligible unless defective

Exchanges

  • Contact our customer support to request an exchange
  • Once approved, return instructions will be provided
  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, the replacement will be shipped within 3 business days

Returns & Refunds

  • Returned items will be inspected upon arrival
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3 business days after confirmation
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
