- Requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original tags and packaging must be included
- Final sale or clearance items may not be eligible unless defective
Exchanges
- Contact our customer support to request an exchange
- Once approved, return instructions will be provided
- After we receive and inspect the returned item, the replacement will be shipped within 3 business days
Returns & Refunds
- Returned items will be inspected upon arrival
- Approved refunds will be processed within 3 business days after confirmation
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
